Camila Cabello leaves 5H after her contract ended on December 18th. The Cuban singer performed with the group one last time in Miami before she broke the news to them, reportedly via representatives.

After the show, Normani appeared on Dinah’s SnapChat crying and Dinah consoled her. Fans speculated that Normani was just emotional, but now, there may be another story behind the tears.

After learning that Camila left the group, Ally, Dinah, Lauren, and Normani released a group statement.

​Camila denied informing the group of her decisions via representatives and released a statement of her own via Twitter and Instagram.

Following Cabello’s statement, the remaining girls of 5H were tired of the rumors and the questions. They released another statement via official FifthHarmony accounts and separate accounts addressing the situation in more details.

There hasn’t been any response to the recent 5H statement from Cabello’s camp.
However, some speculated that management was the reason Cabello left. A recording of Lauren Jauregui was released voicing her opinion on their management.

Lauren Jauregui has yet to confirm or deny this recording.

Okay... Okay... Seriously?!... WTF?!... This got to be fake!... Really?... OMG!... This Bih!... I knew it!... was all the emotions I went when I heard the news.
Like most Harmonizers, I didn't want to believe it, but it is true. Camz left the motherf*cking building. Say goodbye to the FanFics, the What Ifs, Long loving looks ( ?), the hugs, and all the feels. In my opinion, Camila could have waited. She could have left the group after the sequel to Trials and Tribualtions was finished and LJ10 (CC7 sequel) [Only true harmonizers know about that TAT and CC7, lol]. That Bih! But, we still love her and wish her and the girls the best. Who knows, Do I Wanna Know FanFic, may have been on to something. In the fanfic, Lauren was the one who left the group first and started a solo career. Years later, she meets up with Camila and she realized that they were more than bandmates. They fall in love and tells everyone and admits the fandom was right all along... Okay... Let me stop. My fangirl came out and I got sidetracked. Back to the main story...
So let me tell you how we found out about this. We were chillin' in the office because Boss Lady was out. CC was the only legit worker who stayed at her desk while the rest of us take shots of Crown that Nikki had hidden in her desk. (Yea, Nikki. We found your stash. You've been holding out.) In the middle of my fifth shot, her ass screams and I almost choked to death. She runs in with tears and I sobered up in 2 seconds, worried. We looked at her like WTF? While I was thinking, Boss Lady is going to fire all of our asses. That's when she dropped the bomb and blew our minds. Immediately, a discussion broke out without having all the facts. Everyone putting their two cents in like they were there, myself included. After a two hour discussion, we finally made it to our computers and researched the fuck out this along with taking more shots... and maybe a few trips to store... which is why I am posting this late. Even though I am upset, life moves on. I wish all the girls the best and happiness. Who knows, Anything Can Happen.

To say we love this video is an understatement… We FUCKING love this video!
At first, I did not care for the song, but, after the video… OMG! Embarrassingly, I found myself blasting the song throughout the workspace and screaming “That’s My Girl” to my best girl-friend as I held McDonald’s straw in my hand (stolen from CiCi’s cup) glued to a red flag shaped paper (stolen from Mindy’s five year daughter), tissue wrapped around my body for the rugged look ( stolen from the janitorial), while running around singing the lyrics to the song… I was so 5H in that moment that I, inadvertently, I change my little cousin’s ringtone to this song because the song is powerful and she needs a little #girlpower and #girllove like all young teenage girls.
Now for this review… I suppose as a straight 20-year-old male with a libido of a 15 year-old-boy, I am supposed to write about how fucking hot they look and Lauren’s sexy ass dance moves and all that other shit. But I’m not. These girls are so much more than a sex symbol. They are definition of what all girls should be which is comfortable and confident in their own skin and proudly say fuck the fuckboys/fuckgirls. This video and the girls were fearless and badass with a clear message that paid homage to Destiny’s Child with a Mad Max type of vibe. So, what’s not to love? In all, everyone on this project done an amazing job. And if you want to know what the message is about then watch the video or buy the song (and not convert youtube to mp3 lol) :).
